Digital Marketing Executive

B1 Solutions sell and install business management software from SAP. Our clients are mainly in the manufacturing sector, but we also work with businesses in the retail, service, fashion, and wholesale sectors. B1 Solutions is driven by exceptional customer service with a personal touch. We are looking for a “people person” who will fit right in and help build and nurture relationships with new clients – and not be afraid to help search for new business.

This is a varied sales and marketing support role – predominantly a digital marketing role supporting the sales process and helping to nurture leads. The successful candidate will work closely with our strategic marketing consultant to get projects and campaigns underway – getting stuck in with creative. You will also assist with the marketing planner and have input on creative ideas for content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Content creation – copy writing to strict deadlines
  • Active research on potential clients and making calls
  • Assisting in the development of campaigns and coordinating the content and assets needed
  • Delivering campaigns and tracking success
  • Social media – creating and scheduling content
  • Being an active advocate of the business (including using LinkedIn etc)
  • Email marketing and managing campaigns
  • Website administration and keeping track of incoming marketing leads
  • Assisting in the sales process and keeping contact with clients

 Skills needed:

  • Confidence making and answering phone calls
  • Excellent research and copy writing skills
  • Knowledge and experience of social media for business (mainly LinkedIn)
  • All-round digital marketing understanding (including website management)
  • CRM experience
  • A keen eye for design and detail
